We appointed MM Architectural Services Ltd, to try and obtain planning permission for 6 No. houses on a piece of land, we had purchased on the Wirral. After meeting Mike and seeing some of his work we where confident to move forward with the proposed scheme. Mike produced a very detailed drawing package and guided us throughout the process from start to finish and successfully obtained planning permission. Following this we appointed Mike to produce a construction pack of drawings, which was exceptionally detailed and was also highlighted by our contractor, as the most comprehensive drawing pack they had seen. The whole process was a pleasure to work with and Mike was at hand to answer any queries, no matter what time of day.
